a very mini open day

Wall printing experiments

Things have been busy at 3 North Street with my wonderful friends and family pitching in to clean up and get the place shipshape. I’m still waiting for the presses to arrive so not quite ready to run printmaking sessions. However we held a very mini open day yesterday, enjoying a steady flow of lovely people from noon, and enjoying a candlelit musical ending with the pure harmonies of EldraMay.

It was great to see people at Popty and show how far I’ve got with the space, and share project ideas. It was fun to experiment with screenprinting on the wall with my talented colleagues from Pembrokeshire College. And some great conversations with artists wanted to extend their digital knowledge to extend their printmaking practice, joint printmaking projects, and colabs with public sector organisations. Thanks everyone, love you!
